eLearning platform (LMS)

  • EU hosting
  • Built to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • SCORM & xAPI
  • Role-based accounts

Courses, progress and certificates in one place.

Courses, learning paths, quizzes and PDF certificates with a verification code, with progress by team and training records in HR.

Example course player: lesson 3 of 6, “How we handle customer data”, playing at 2:40 of 6:05 with captions. Two lessons are completed, a quiz is next and the assignment and certificate unlock after it.

Only collect what the task needs, and note where it is stored.

Learning paths

From the first lesson to a certificate with its own code.

Group courses into paths with prerequisites and completion rules. When a learner meets the rules, the platform issues a PDF certificate with its own verification code.

Sample certificate of completion for Sample Learner, Workplace onboarding path, issued 7 October 2026, valid until 7 October 2027, verification code RDC-EL-7K2Q-9M4T.

Inside a course

Lessons, tests and feedback, joined up in one course.

Quizzes

Add a quiz after any lesson and use the result in completion rules. Results show up in the reports by learner, group and course.

  • A quiz after any lesson
  • Results in completion rules
  • Results in reports

Example quiz question with three answers, the approved company system selected.

Assignments with feedback

Give learners an assignment and reply with written feedback, so practical work is part of the course, not a separate email thread.

  • Assignments inside the course
  • Written feedback
  • Part of completion rules

Example assignment with written feedback from the course author.

Video with captions and transcripts

Every video lesson can carry captions and a transcript in each course language. Add PDF, audio and text materials next to it.

  • Captions per language
  • Transcript beside the video
  • PDF, audio, text

Example video lesson with a caption line and a timestamped transcript.

Discussion groups

Open a discussion group where it helps: a cohort, a course or a partner network. You set the moderation rules, members can report posts, and every action stays in the activity log.

  • Your moderation rules
  • Member reports
  • Full activity log

Example discussion group with one post held for review and an activity log entry.

Who it’s for

One platform, three ways to use it.

Companies

Onboarding and mandatory training, on schedule.

Assign courses by role or team, see who is behind, and keep every completion and certificate on the employee file in RDCopilot HR.

  • Assign by role, team or person
  • Due dates and expiry reminders
  • Certificates on the employee file
  • Reports by company, team and role
  • Evidence for your annual training plan
How training records reach HR

Example list of training due this month by team, and the same courses on a narrow learner screen.

Works in the mobile browser; a companion app is optional.

Customer & partner academies

Teach customers and partners to get more from your product.

Publish an academy under your brand. Enrolments and completions appear on the account in RDCopilot CRM, so the sales and support teams know who is ready for the next step.

  • Your branding and languages
  • Partner certification paths
  • Completions as CRM signals
  • Short free courses as useful content
See RDCopilot CRM

Example branded academy with three courses and a CRM signal on the customer account.

Training providers & associations

Run branded courses for your members and clients.

Group learners into series, run courses in several languages, starting with English and Romanian, and issue PDF certificates, each with its own verification code.

  • Groups and series
  • Self-paced courses with assignments and feedback
  • Certificates with a verification code
  • Accessible to every learner
Accessibility checks for courses

Example series of 18 learners with three modules, an English and Romanian switch and 11 certificates issued.

For course authors

Build a course the way you would plan it on paper.

Modules, lessons and the rules between them. Import the SCORM packages you already have, or author new lessons from video, PDF, audio and text.

Example course editor: an outline of three modules with a prerequisite, a lesson with English and Romanian captions and alt text, and completion rules that issue a certificate.

Built for real organisations

Hosted in the EU, accessible by design.

  • EU hosting and backups

Data is hosted in the EU with daily backups and access logs. A dedicated instance or your own servers can be agreed in the proposal.

  • Roles and permissions

Admins, course authors and learners get the access their role needs, with custom permissions where you want them, and a full activity log for discussions.

  • Accessibility

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549: keyboard use, contrast, alt text and captions. We check it on your real courses during setup; we describe what the platform is built to, not a certificate.

Getting started

Five steps from first call to first learners.

  1. Agree audiences and roles

Who learns, who authors, who reports, and which courses come first.

  2. Import or author the first courses

We test a sample of your SCORM packages before moving the full catalogue.

  3. Branding, languages and rules

Your colours and logo, English and Romanian, completion rules and certificates.

  4. Pilot with a learner group

A real group takes real courses; we adjust before launch.

  5. Launch and author training

Your course authors learn to publish and update on their own.

One-off

Setup

  • Audiences, roles and permissions
  • Branding and languages
  • Completion rules and certificate design
  • Migration of your SCORM courses
  • Pilot with a learner group
  • Training for course authors

Monthly

Licence

Per active learner or workspace

  • EU hosting
  • Updates
  • Daily backups
  • Monitoring
  • Support plans, in English or Romanian
  • Access logs

Extra work is billed at a fixed hourly rate against estimates you approve. Optional: a dedicated instance or your own servers, the AI assistant, a companion mobile app.

Request a proposal
Can we bring our existing SCORM courses?

Yes. SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages are imported, played and tracked, and xAPI (Tin Can) statements are recorded. During setup we test a sample of your packages before moving the full catalogue.

Does it work without the AI assistant?

Yes. The assistant is optional. When it is switched on, it answers only from approved course material and shows the lesson it used. Learners always see that they are talking to an AI assistant.

Where is the data hosted?

In the EU, with daily backups and access logs. A dedicated instance or your own servers can be agreed in the proposal.

Can learners use their own language?

Courses and the interface are multilingual, starting with English and Romanian. Each course can have language versions with their own captions and transcripts.

What does the monthly licence include?

EU hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and support. Setup, course migration and author training are a one-off fee, and extra work is billed at a fixed hourly rate against estimates you approve.

Can certificates expire and be renewed?

Yes. You can give a certificate a validity period, for example 12 months. Expiry dates reach the employee file in RDCopilot HR, with reminders for mandatory courses, so the recertification course can be assigned in time.

How do learners sign in?

With a personal account their admin creates or invites them to. Admins, course authors and learners each get the permissions their role needs, and you can add custom roles.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on how many courses you bring and how many audiences you start with. The proposal sets out the five steps with dates, and the pilot with a learner group happens before launch.

Companies in Romania: can we use it for health and safety (SSM) training?

For the theory part, yes: courses, quizzes and completion records. Romanian law also requires practical demonstrations, and electronic proof of SSM training must carry an electronic signature, so your SSM service keeps the signed training sheet. Completions and certificates still reach the employee file in RDCopilot HR.

Bring one course. We’ll show it running on your platform.

Share your audiences, the courses you have today and where training records should go. An engineer reviews it before we send a proposal.
